#55 Selling and your emotions

The thoughts and emotions that you carry into your selling play an important role. Your wants, desires, or needs 'project' onto the person you are speaking with, and will change the outcome of the sale.

Emotions are normal - we all have them - and regardless of what we do, they will come into our sales process. But being aware of this, and understanding how we can work with them is important.

In this episode we cover how important your thoughts and emotions are in your sales success, and from there, understanding how to move forward in your sales when the other person brings in a lot of emotion.
